American Family Insurance Deploys Video Tech to Boost Customer Engagement

American Family Insurance will deploy Pitney Bowes Inc.'s EngageOne Video software, as part of its new customer engagement strategy, the company announced today.

EngageOne Video creates interactive and personalized video experiences that improve both customer loyalty and the new customer onboarding process, Pitney Bowes said in a statement.The technology will be used to explain selected individual policies and coverage areas to clients.

New customers will receive a personalized video offering relevant information to their policy. Meanwhile, existing customers due for renewal will be sent interactive videos that review their current policy and present additional coverage options they may need going forward.
