American Integrity Insurance Group has deployed a new home insurance sales portal using ISCS's SurePower Innovation suite, the company announced
The portal enables American Integrity’s customers, primarily in Florida, to obtain a quick and accurate online quote before purchasing a policy. A key factor in the insurer’s decision to work with ISCS was the software provider’s willingness to adhere to American Integrity’s needs, it said. The insurer wanted a portal that both used back-end technology to autofill data about a client’s home and offered easy connection to agents ready close deals.
"We recognized a critical gap in our market," said Victor Mandes, American Integrity Insurance’s VP of information technology, in a statement. "With the launch of our new technology, consumers can quickly and easily obtain an accurate quote, any time of day or night. Our goal is to provide Floridians with solutions and a user experience on par with what they would expect from a national carrier."
American Integrity was already a user of SurePower Innovation prior to the move, allowing implementation to occur in early May with no business interruption, according to the companies. The portal has already been used by Florida home insurance shoppers to buy policies.
