AmFed National Insurance Company has selected eBaoTech Collaborus as its new policy administration platform, the company announced today.
The Mississippi-based insurer will use eBaoTech’s cloud-based software for its homeowners, dwelling and workers compensation products. eBao Cloud will allow AmFed to increase speed to market, improve customer response time and lower operating costs. AmFed is expected to first roll out its homeowners offering this summer.
"Collaborus has enabled us to step into a state of the art product at an incredible speed,” said Greg McLemore, executive VP and chief operating officer at AmFed National Insurance, in a statement. “Transitioning from proprietary and purchased applications to a single policy system with Collaborus makes us look and feel like a much larger company."
