AMS Services Announces Executive Appointments

Bothell, Wash. — AMS Services, a Vertafore Inc. company and leader in insurance agency automation, announced the appointment of Bill Bunker as president. Bunker will report directly to Euan Menzies, president and CEO of parent company, Vertafore. Since 2005, Menzies served as AMS Services president in addition to his primary responsibilities at Vertafore. Concurrently, Ed Roshitsh is being promoted to EVP and COO of AMS Services, reporting to Bill Bunker.

In his new role, Bunker will drive business expansion, operational execution and divisional strategy. Bunker, who joined AMS Services in 2005 as SVP of products and marketing, brings extensive experience to his new role. Prior to AMS Services, he held the position of VP of marketing and business development at MessageGate Inc., served as a key member of the executive team at Onyx Software and worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton.
 
As EVP and COO, Roshitsh will have broad responsibility for revenue-generating and customer-facing activities including sales, customer service, professional services and implementation.

Roshitsh joined AMS Services in March 2006 as SVP of sales and enterprise operations. Prior to joining AMS Services, Roshitsh held the position of VP of worldwide sales at Blackbaud where he grew revenue by 86%, and VP of sales, marketing and services for Data Processing Sciences Corp.
