Arrowhead Insurance Expands Use of SurePower Suite

Arrowhead Insurance Group has expanded its implementation of ISCS’s SurePower Innovation Policy Administration Suite to include business written by the Arrowhead’s Personal Auto Group. After a rigorous selection process, SurePower Innovation was chosen for personal auto, in part due to the product's customizable architecture and proven capabilities to integrate with the centralized Arrowhead processing applications and business partners, says ISCS.

SurePower Innovation is designed to enhance Arrowhead's policy administration processing and efficiency by reducing the complexity of building interface architecture between the policy administration system and other downstream systems, ISCS says.

The rollout of SurePower Innovation in Arrowhead's Personal Lines Group is planned for April 2011, after which Arrowhead will further expand the company's SurePower Innovation implementation to cover all its automobile and motorcycle programs across multiple states.
