Auto-Owners Insurance, a Michigan-based personal lines P&C insurer, has selected Duck Creek Technologies for a policy revamp.
Auto-Owners installed Guidewire ClaimCenter in 2012 as its new claims system. Now, it will use Duck Creek Policy to to manage the entire policy lifecycle from quote to bind to issue.
The carrier also will use Duck Creek Templates, pre-configured ISO and NCCI product content and forms, to accelerate its implementation. The templates are available as a complement to Duck Creek’s comprehensive policy platform.
