In his role at Aviva USA, Frazee will be responsible for all information technology functions supporting the U.S. life and annuity business. He will be located at company’s operational headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

Frazee comes to Aviva from West Bend Mutual Insurance in West Bend, Wis. There he also was SVP and CIO, responsible for all IT functions as well as corporate strategic planning. While at West Bend, Jeff was on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity and Michigan Insurance Co.

In addition, I am excited to be moving to the Des Moines area and to becoming actively involved with the central Iowa community.”
