Bankers Insurance Group has expanded its download services with IVANS, the company announced today, in attempts to increase connectivity and automated data exchange with agency partners.
With the move, Bankers Insurance adds to its existing personal lines download services with IVANS. The insurer will now provide agency partners with Commercial Business Owners Policy and Umbrella Policy as well as ACORD eDocs and Messages through the software provider.
“As we evaluate strategies to streamline agency workflows, our agency partners consistently express demand for additional download services to maximize servicing efficiencies,” said Chonice Wilson, vice president of commercial lines at Bankers Insurance Group, in a statement. “In expanding our relationship with IVANS to provide Commercial Lines and ACORD eDocs download, we will improve our agent experience by rounding out our download offering for both lines of business to further automate administrative tasks and enable significant time savings.”
