Capital Insurance Group, a P&C insurer, has selected BillingCenter for oversight of billing operations, including agency and direct bill, across all of its lines of business. BillingCenter is a product of Guidewire Software Inc., a provider of software products to P&C insurers. The solution also will help Capital Insurance Group CIG manage its commission calculations and payment.
BillingCenter is a billing and receivables management system built on automation, control and flexibility, Guidewire said. Capital Insurance Group (CIG) will have flexibility; business users can make modifications to payment plans; and system changes can be made when needed. BillingCenter’s functionality, configurability, ease of integration and user interface appealed to CIG.
BillingCenter will enable CIG to provide fast, accurate service to its customers and agents; tailor payment practices and methods to customer preferences; and make system changes to meet changing business and technical requirements, Guidewire said.
