The system, which is designed to enable Small Business agents and brokers to obtain bindable quotes and proposal letters for CNA Connect, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Automobile without leaving their agency management systems, is part of the global insurer’s full suite of agency automation solutions for Small Business. This streamlined quoting process will allow Small Business agents to remarket their renewals in less time, eliminate the need to re-key customer data and reduce transaction costs, says the company.
