CNA Names AVP Technology and Professional Liability for CNA Canada

John Tung now is AVP, technology and professional liability for CNA Canada, responsible for the strategy and underwriting of professional liability and cyber, with a focus on Technology, and oversight of the miscellaneous professional liability product offering.

Tung brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role, including 15 years with Creechurch International Underwriters. During his time with that company, he managed the overall risk profile of the information technology errors and omissions and commercial general liability lines of business. He earned a bachelor of arts in economic geography from the University of Toronto, as well as a bachelor of communications from Ryerson University, CNA said. Tung also holds the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations.
