Conner Strong Promotes DiBella to EVP

Cherry Hill, N.J. — Conner Strong, a provider of property/casualty insurance and employee benefits products and services, announced that Joseph DiBella has been promoted to EVP of the employee benefits consulting practice. In this role, DiBella’s responsibilities include overseeing the entire practice group including benefits business development.

DiBella is a seasoned executive with nearly two decades of senior leadership experience in the group benefits industry. He has a strong background in the ongoing administration and consultation of full-service, complex benefit plans. In addition, DiBella holds a deep knowledge base of plan design, consulting, labor negotiations and all aspects of employee benefit and insurance management.

Prior to joining Conner Strong in 2006, DiBella worked for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where he held positions of increasing responsibility for more than 15 years.
