CSAA names EVP and CIO

CSAA Insurance Group named Bradley Lontz as executive vice president and chief information officer. Lontz will lead the technology division and focus on digital transformation including customer and agent experience. He will report to Mike Zukerman, president and CEO of CSAA.

Zukerman said in a statement: "Brad brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of leveraging technology to accelerate growth and drive customer delight. His expertise will help shape CSAA's future, driving innovation and delivering exceptional IT experiences for our agents and members."

Lontz joins the company from CopperPoint Insurance, where he was CIO. He led technology integration, multiple acquisitions and the integration of a cloud-based platform. He has held other CIO roles at California Dental Association and Nautilus Insurance.
