CSAA Insurance Group, an AAA Insurer, now is supporting more than a million auto insurance policies on PolicyCore and BillingCore applications. PolicyCore and BillingCore are products of EIS Group Inc., formerly Exigen Insurance Solutions Inc., a company offering core systems to insurers. The EIS application supports AAA-branded auto insurance sold to AAA members.
CSAA Insurance Group's initiative includes replacement of core systems and the installation of a scalable framework for large volume growth. EIS Group's PolicyCore and BillingCore applications have been implemented in a package that includes rating, underwriting, policy administration, billing, operational analytics and reporting, customer relationship management, BPM, document generation and content management.
Replacing the legacy policy systems, in particular, is a cornerstone of CSAA’s technology update initiative, and a critical component of its overall business transformation strategy, said the company.
