CSE Insurance Group Releases iPhone App

CSE Insurance Group, released its second iPhone application, the CSE Accident Tool Kit application for the Apple iPhone and iTouch. The mobile application is designed to have everything policyholders need to report an auto accident and file a claim from an iPhone or iTouch.

The application contains an accident checklist, giving step-by-step instructions on collecting driver, vehicle, location, accident scene photos and witness information. With one touch, the insured can file the claim with CSE, contact emergency services, or contact CSE’s tow service. Google mapping is available to chart the accident location and pass the information to the tow service.

“We understand that it is important for CSE to offer our policyholders convenient and reliable channels to get in touch with us, whether they need to report a claim, find an agent or inquire about coverage,” says Matthew Hull, VP of market strategy and business development at CSE.

CSE Insurance is releasing the Tool Kit in conjunction with developers PlayScreen and McKinley Media.

“We spent a lot of time making the Accident Tool Kit a terrific application,” Hull says. “If you have an accident, it guides you through collecting all the information you need to file the claim, including pictures and mapping your location. With one touch, it also puts you in touch with our towing service and files your claim.”
