Dearborn says Trustnode has taken a science-based approach to guiding employees through online education platforms. The tool features programmable characters that present Dearborn National’s benefit offerings in a personalized manner, based on demographic-specific information. The tool integrates with Dearborn National’s online enrollment system, giving employees 24-hour access during the enrollment period.
No additional software program is necessary, and employees see only those benefits for which they are eligible. Employers also have access to enrollment reports that track employees who have completed the enrollment process.
