Decision Research Launches New Agency Administration Functionality

Decision Research Corp., a P&C insurance processing applications provider, announced that its GameChanger Suite now includes features and functionality for agency administration and maintenance intended to simplify tasks such as license management, creating flexible commissioning structures, and conducting agency bank account sweep for commission payments and clawbacks.

Carriers no longer need to maintain a producer’s eligibility outside of the policy administration system, as GameChanger offers checks to ensure that new business access is permitted for properly appointed and licensed agents, Decision Research said. Now, carriers and MGAs are able to store and report on aspects of their relationships with producers, including a range of commission options, storage and control of licenses, errors & omissions policies, appointment letters/contracts, market notes and documents, Decision Research said.

“We have listened to the industry and our clients and have enhanced the GameChanger Suite to help carriers and MGAs manage their business relationships with producers,” said Robert Whitton, VP of business development at DRC.  “This new functionality allows us to offer clients a more robust solution that continues to streamline their operation and reduce their total costs.”

Additional functionality, such as sales-incentive program management, third-party license-validation service integration, business intelligence and analytical reporting are slated for future releases, the company said.
