Dentists' Provident, a provider of income protection insurance to dentists in the UK and Ireland, has selected Sapiens ALIS to modernize its policy admin legacy system.
In addition, Sapiens will provide the insurer with ALIS Agent and Client Portal, part of an effort by the company to better streamline its core processes for greater efficiency and improved customer service. Destist' Provident's content management needs will also be handled by Sapiens' OnBase Enterprise Content Management platform, the companies said.
