Discoverture Solutions, a provider of IT services and solutions to the P&C insurance industry, is partnering with FirstBest Systems, a provider of insurance software solutions for insurers. The partnership will enable carriers to drive growth and profitability, improve service to agents, and increase time to underwriting value.
The collaboration between Discoverture and FirstBest combines the FirstBest Front Office Suite with Discoverture’s services offerings, said Discoverture. The partnership is intended to help deliver affordable and quick-to-implement underwriting and front office solutions that connect to back-office systems.
In support of the partnership, Discoverture will establish a Center of Excellence for the FirstBest Front Office Suite, Discoverture said. The COE uses best practices, delivers quality assurance services, and develops client-specific integration points and interfaces.
