ScanFront 220/220P is designed to allow users to preview a document before sending. The ScanFront program can scan up to 26 pages-per-minute (ppm) or 35 images-per-minute (ipm), and can be set up remotely and controlled from a single device.
Archive Studio provides document capturing and image processing software, and both browser-based programs were created to allow easy searching from any location. DocuLex said its Archive Studio program enables colleague collaboration, e-mail archiving and compliance, knowledge management, data mining, workflow and records retention. Users can search by document specific metadata descriptions, full text content, as well as date ranges, search history, search lists and saved searches. The program also features file indexing and a Replace/Append Meta function, which allows files to be mended with new data.
DocuLex said both products are designed for stand-alone or MFP use.
