DocuSign Makes Move to the Cloud

DocuSign has entered a partnership with ARX Inc. to offer digital signatures in the cloud. DocuSign’s Digital Certificates, powered by ARX’s CoSign, will simplify and accelerate transactions for which individual digital certificates are required. ARX will serve as a DocuSign referral partner, offering cloud-based electronic transaction solutions on the DocuSign Global Network.

DocuSign says it will offer signing via a single-use Digital Certificate, as well as Digital Certificate credentials that customers can purchase and use with their DocuSign accounts. Users can apply those Digital Certificates to any document type, on any device, anywhere. Digital Certificates are the latest addition to the DocuSign Global Network, which also includes credentials from SAFE-Biopharma and identity-proofing services from RSA and Authentify.
