Donegal Insurance Group has selected BillingCenter to increase its speed to market. BillingCenter is a product of Guidewire Software Inc., a provider of software products to P&C insurers.
Guidewire said BillingCenter is a billing and receivables management system built on design principles of automation, control and flexibility. The system makes automating the billing lifecycle easier. Billing, payment and delinquency plans can be designed; agent commissions can be managed; and rapid integration with external payment systems can be enabled.
Guidewire added that BillingCenter will provide Donegal with an intuitive and configurable platform, enabling the company to provide fast response times and flexibility to customers.
