EMPLOYERS Enhances Self-Service Capabilities for Policyholders

Commercial insurer EMPLOYERS has relaunched its EACCESS web portal with new policyholder functionality.

The portal was originally launched in 2013 for agents. Now, customers -- which are mostly small business owners -- can access it as well to perform certain self-service tasks:

  • Access to policy information
  • Ability to make payments
  • First Report of Injury reporting
  • Access to claims history
  • Ability to download claims reports
  • Updated document viewer for faster access to invoices, notices, and other important policy documents
