Employers has named Aaron Mikulsky as SVP, business process and policyholder services. Employers Holdings Inc. is a holding company with subsidiaries that are specialty providers of workers' compensation insurance.
Mikulsky will be based out of Employers headquarters in Reno, Nev. He joins the company from CNA, where he was the small business underwriting director strategy and analytics. Prior, he held various positions with Arch Insurance Group.
Mikulsky brings more than 19 years of experience in the insurance industry to Employers. He offers strong experience in underwriting, information technology, operations and business process reengineering, Employers said.
