FINEOS Claims will enable FBD to more effectively and efficiently manage their claims, and assist in identifying fraudulent activity, FINEOS says. The company expects this to result in a shorter claims cycle for FBD customers, and in greater transparency across the entire function.
FBD selected FINEOS Claims following an international tender process that included U.S. and European insurance software vendors, and was facilitated by independent insurance analysts.
