Federated Mutual Insurance Co., a commercial general and specialty insurer, will migrate from its current legacy software system to OneShield Policy.
Federated went through a two year due diligence and interview process to select a new systems provider and chose OneShield based on the software’s ease of configurability and lower total cost of ownership. Federated expects to benefit from OneShield's user-friendly configuration tools and its simplified and lower-cost upgrade processes, and to further reduce costs by leveraging a single platform to support both personal and commercial business lines.
