FINEOS Names New Board Chairman

FINEOS Corp., a global provider of enterprise software solutions for insurance and government social insurance, announced the appointment of Ward Graffam as chairman of the board of directors. Graffam has been on the FINEOS Board since 2008.

He came to FINEOS with more than 40 years of national and international experience in insurance, including many years at UNUM Corp., where he was president and managing director of UNUM European Holding Co., chairman of UNUM UK and a SVP of UNUM America in the United States. Graffam is currently a member of several for-profit and non-profit boards of directors, and a consultant to a number of businesses on strategic issues.
