American Integrity Insurance Company has announced Victor Mandes as vice president of Information technology. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s business intelligence, decision support and IT operations to meet demand created by recent policyholder growth.
Prior to American Integrity, Mandes managed IT infrastructure and operations as well as application services at FCCI Insurance Group, according to his LinkedIn profile. Overall, the tech veteran brings more than 20 years of IT experience to the position.

The Tampa-based insurer also announced the promotion of Pricing Director Steve Kolk to Assistant Vice President. Both he and Mandes will report to Ritchie directly.
