RSA, a top-25 insurance company in Canada, has selected Guidewire ClaimCenter as its claims management system.

The company says its goal is to deliver "an exceptional customer and broker experience" and is "investing in tools and digital processes that provide simpler, faster and more consistent service" to its customers and brokers. RSA will deploy ClaimCenter across all lines of business, consolidating several legacy claims management systems.

ClaimCenter enables us to deliver faster and more effectively in servicing our customers and brokers,” said RSA Canada’s SVP of IT and CIO, Paula Sinclair. “Implementing Guidewire supports our vision to remain a top insurer in Canada and provide the best service to our customers and brokers.”

Other recent ClaimCenter clients include Zurich and CSAA.
