Foremost Insurance Company, part of Farmers Insurance, has selected Duck Creek Technologies policy and rating software to replace its core legacy systems, the companies announced Thursday.
The integrated vendor platform will reportedly improve quote functionality, the ability to process subsequent transactions, and enhance the customer experience for 170,000 agents and customer service representatives, according to the specialty insurer.
Its implementation of Duck Creek began with its dwelling fire and specialty homeowners lines of business. The new platform has rolled out in five states so far with plans to expand to all 50 states over several phases, Duck Creek says.
Following the first product rollouts, Duck Creek will phase deployment of the remainder of Foremost’s specialty line products, including RV, motorcycle, off-road vehicle and boat coverage.
