Features include online policy contracts, benefit claim reports, employee coverage verification, and group payment history. For customers that want to manage all aspects of administration online, Web billing is offered as a unique administration tool to manage employee benefits and eligibility.

New features include a redesigned look and more user-friendly navigation. Utilizing a task-oriented approach, the enhanced portal guides users to the appropriate place as quickly and efficiently as possible.
