Kony Inc., a mobility provider and cloud-based mobile application developer, is partnering with GMC Software Technology, a customer communications management and output management company.
The companies intend to develop document technology solutions that will bridge the gap between print, mail and mobile communications, Kony said. Businesses can offer interactive document creation and multichannel delivery processes, resulting in faster times to market and reduced production costs.
GMC’s software, GMC Inspire, enables businesses to create and deliver personalized communication for print, and for transmission to mobile phones, tablets, social media channels and websites, Kony said. The combination of Inspire CCM capabilities and Kony’s ability to deploy and manage mobile applications offers businesses a structure for implementing a print-to-mobile communications strategy, the companies said.
