GuideOne Insurance, a national insurer of churches, has selected Guidewire BillingCenter to manage billing operations across all of its commercial P/C lines. The insurer also selected Claim Portal for Policyholders, Claim Portal for Agents and Gateway Portal for Agents, and is currently in production with Guidewire ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, making GuideOne a full Guidewire InsuranceSuite customer.
GuideOne selected BillingCenter and Guidewire’s portal products in an effort to enhance agents’ and policyholders’ user experience, lower cost and achieve faster time-to-market than custom-build alternatives. The company will be integrating BillingCenter, PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter and deploying the system to its commercial lines businesses for direct and agency billing; the portal products will be deployed for commercial and personal lines of business.

BillingCenter and the portal products are intended to enable GuideOne to increase customer retention through improved service levels; improve its expense ratio through greater efficiency; and improve net promoter scores though improved service levels for agents and policyholders.
