San Mateo, Calif. — Guidewire Software, San Mateo, Calif., announced that its ClaimCenter claims management solution received a score of 91 for “overall customer satisfaction” (out of a possible score of 100) in a new Novarica ACE Ranking report published by New York-based research and advisory firm Novarica. 

The Novarica ACE Rankings document the “Average Customer Experience” of insurers with various technology solutions. These rankings help insurers evaluate technology vendors based on peer experience. Each ranking is based on the results of an independent customer satisfaction survey of five insurers with direct experience with that solution. Novarica verifies every response with the insurer directly.
