Worcester, Mass. - The Hanover Insurance Group Inc., reports that it has enhanced its homeowners quoting and issuance process, making it easier for its agent partners to do business. The 150-year old Worcester, Mass., company, which sells property and casualty products and services to individuals, families and businesses through a network of independent agents, reports that it has implemented distinct and separate quote and issuance processes and introduced screens that are easier to read and navigate.
