Many insurers these days are in need of efficiency-driving software such as enterprise content management (ECM) that’s deployed on-premise, according to a release from
“Document and content management today not only has to match business needs, but it also must be able to change when those needs change,” says Mark Greatorex, director of Europe and Africa for Hyland Software. “Because of our new operation in the UK, European companies now have that ability with their ECM system. And they’re getting six years of SaaS experience from an industry leader. This gives them a mature but evolving offering that is growing and proven successful for hundreds of businesses of all sizes and industries.”
The data center, which began operating in early July 2009, is located in London and has the capacity to serve organizations across the whole of Europe. Like Hyland’s two data centers in the United States, it is redundant and secure with SAS70-II certification, the company says.
