ImageNow Earns High Customer Ranking

Perceptive Software, the Shawnee, Kan. creator of ImageNow enterprise document management, imaging and workflow software, earned a high score on Novarica’s ACE Rankings, the company reports. The vendor received an overall customer satisfaction score of 94 out of 100 in the Novarica Average Customer Experience (ACE) Ranking Report.

Boston-based Novarica’s ACE Rankings are produced independently, and are not sponsored by ImageNow.

Five insurance clients who have had direct experience with ImageNow were asked to rank the company and its solutions, according to Novarica. The survey statements garnered from the ImageNow customers were grouped into Novarica’s four SOFT areas (staff, organization, functionality and technology), as well as an additional area for overall customer satisfaction, which was double-weighted in the average score.

ImageNow earned an average score of 99 in the technology category. Customers gave perfect scores in areas such as scalability, investment in improving technical performance through new releases and fixes, and the use of technology that fits the customer’s architecture and long-term technology vision.

ImageNow insurance customers also spoke highly of the company’s willingness to give clients a strong voice in product development, as well the faith they have in the company’s senior management and overall vision for the product, reports the vendor.

The Novarica ACE Ranking is intended to provide an objective measurement of customer satisfaction levels in general, and is intended to be used to guide insurers’ own due diligence processes when evaluating potential solution providers.
