ImageRight Adds BPI to its Content Management, Workflow System

Conyers, Ga. — ImageRight, a provider of insurance-focused content management and workflow solutions, says it has added Business Process Intelligence (BPI) functionality to its flagship content management and workflow system.

"ImageRight helps customers' need to scale effectively, efficiently and economically to accommodate the growth of their businesses, and to monitor their productivity as they do so—that's why this enhanced functionality is a critical part of promoting the ease of doing business for our customers," says Don Elias, president of ImageRight, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vertafore Inc.

Available with the latest release of the product, ImageRight's BPI includes a data warehouse for reporting through its Business Process Reporting (BPR) module as well as Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), a real-time monitor of key performance indicators (KPIs) that enable executives to identify and resolve problems proactively.

"ImageRight's BPR supports multiple tiers of individual SLA's," says Tammy Dodd, MIS manager for J.M. Wilson Corp., a Portage, Mich. managing general agency and surplus lines broker. "This gives us the ability to know that a policy is about to go out of standard in two days rather than find out about it after the fact."
