Industrial Alliance Auto and Home has selected EIS’ digital experience platform, CustomerCore DXP, to complement its deployment of the vendor’s core insurance suite in 2014.
With the addition, IAAH will enhance quote, buy and self-service capabilities for its customers and partners, including auto club and auto dealer networks. The move also improves the Canadian insurer’s speed to market and reduces cost of ownership, the companies said. IAAH will commence implementation of its new platform with a self-service portal for direct customers.
