VPAS CSWD blends the flexibility and configurability of the Business Process Management (BPM) software from Pegasystems with the VPAS Policy Administration System from Infosys McCamish. The combination creates a web-based customer service platform to enhance operational excellence and customer experience.

Infosys said VPAS CSWD platform offers a desktop with multiple communication options for service representatives linking systems under a single platform; enterprises that can access metrics to track task performance; and servicing of all types of life insurance and annuity contracts.

VPAS CSWD enables multiple options to change the system specific to each client’s needs, said Infosys, while retrieving data from multiple policy administration platforms; and it delivers predictable business outcomes by prompting service representatives to ask the client for customizable key information.
