ISCS Hires Archer, Promotes Wanzong

San Jose, Calif. — ISCS Inc., a provider of comprehensive Web-based policy administration solutions for the property/casualty insurance industry, announced the hiring of Darin Archer as VP of professional services.

"Darin has extensive experience managing large scale software implementations and integrations with legacy systems," says Andy Scurto, president of ISCS. "His understanding of the value drivers for new solutions versus the extension of existing legacy systems, and his deep technology background, will be a great benefit to ISCS clients."

Prior to joining ISCS, Archer most recently worked with Accenture, where he led development and integration efforts on CRM, billing and quote-to-order systems for more than eight years. While at Accenture, Archer managed programs for companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco and AT&T.

Archer's role at ISCS focuses on managing SurePower Innovation implementations, preparing the professional services organization to support additional customers, continuing development and expansion of the company's partner integration program, providing oversight and direction in staff development, management, recruitment and hiring of technical resources.

Mike Wanzong, who was previously responsible for ISCS's technical services, will build a new department called insurance solutions. As VP of insurance solutions, Wanzong will lead a team focused on further developing SurePower Innovation's out-of-the-box product templates for specific insurance lines and markets, such as workers' compensation, which will allow new customers to quickly implement ISCS's SurePower Innovation suite of products in support of critical business operations. the company reports.
