IVANS Insurance Solutions, a division of Applied Systems, has released improvements for IVANS Download, its service that allows personal and commercial lines insurance information to be exchanged between carriers to agencies.
IVANS Download offers a centralized location for identifying agency download preferences, automated agency management system information, and current agency data. The application offers personal and commercial lines policy, claims, and Activity Notes downloads from carriers to agencies, based on the latest ACORD data standards.
With IVANS Download, agencies can improve targeted business opportunities and decrease time spent referencing multiple systems for download preference information. The automated delivery of an agency’s current management system helps carriers to deliver downloads in the correct format.
