JLT Specialty Insurance Services Inc. has appointed Chris Najim as SVP of Analytics and Consulting.
Najim will work with brokers and other client-facing professionals to provide clients analytics services including retention and limit analysis for a variety of different risk classes. He will also lead efforts to deliver JLT's suite of proprietary modeling tools. Finally, he will help clients quantify non-traditional risk exposures to gain a better understanding of potential gain and loss scenarios.

Najim last was VP and senior actuary at Swiss Re America, and also was an Associate Actuary at Safeco Personal Insurance from 2004 to 2007.
