Liberty Mutual Insurance has been recognized by insurance software provider Applied Systems for its agency-carrier interfaces, receiving the 2013 Interface Leadership Award and the Real-Time Adoption Award. The honor arrives after the insurer's addition of a Real-Time Account View transaction, which was an effort to eliminate multiple policy, billing and claim inquiries.
Liberty Mutual says it was recognized for its efforts in training agent user groups and providing agents with ease of doing business across its business insurance policy administration platforms.
Liberty Mutual adds that its insurance unit offers appointed agencies a download of policies and claims; activity notes with attachments and direct bill commissions; upload for claims first notice of loss; and real-time inquiries on policies, billing and claims.
