The life insurance Customer Contact Center of Lincoln Financial Group has been named a “Certified Center of Excellence” by BenchmarkPortal, a benchmarking firm, for the second consecutive year.
The top 10 percent of contact centers that apply for certification earn the designation from the Center of Excellence program. Last fall, Lincoln’s Individual Annuity Customer Contact team achieved the designation.
The certification is a distinction that based on best-practice metrics. These metrics are drawn from BenchmarkPortal’s database of contact center metrics, developed at Purdue University. It is the largest in the world, said Lincoln Financial Group.
