Lockton Dunning Benefits Appoints Pixley

Dallas-based Lockton Dunning Benefits announced the appointment of Sheri Pixley to the newly created position of EVP and practice leader. Pixley's role was created to lead the growing team of associates directly servicing clients in the ongoing pursuit of superior client service, clear accountability and consistent innovation, the company says. 

Pixley has been involved in consulting with employers on employee benefit programs for the past 28 years. She joined Lockton Dunning Benefits in 1992 as a consultant, and has held various positions of increasing responsibility over the past 18 years. Her leadership of the Lockton-Dallas benefit practice has helped the office grow from less than 20 employees to more than 120. She also has influenced the practice's focus on bringing creative, innovative solutions to employer benefit programs, Lockton says. 

Prior to joining Lockton Dunning Benefits, Pixley was a consultant with Aon Corp. She began her career in 1982 at the corporate headquarters of Allstate Life Insurance Co.
