Lockton Hires New Director of Pharmacy Analytics

Lockton Benefit Group of Lockton Companies, a privately held independent insurance brokerage firm, hired Orlando M. Neal as director of pharmacy analytics. Neal's primary role is to provide national leadership in the pharmacy benefits management area.

Lockton says Neal is responsible for strategic pharmacy benefits consulting and management of key national relationships with Lockton's pharmacy benefit providers. Supporting Lockton's sales professionals and leading client engagements are also part of his ongoing role.

Neal brings more than 15 years of experience in pharmacy analytics, actuarial services and risk management consulting to his new position. Prior to joining Lockton, he served as the director of pharmacy analytics at Willis of Wisconsin.
