Majesco, an insurance core systems provider, and BPO provider Symcor have entered a strategic relationship to deliver Majesco software viaSymcor's cloud and outsourcing .
The new offering will deliver expanded business process services, including FNOL and billing, in addition to Symcor's current customer communication, document management, mailroom and lockbox services. It's focused on the Canadian insurance market.
"The strategic relationship allows Symcor to offer Canadian insurers a cloud-based end-to-end solution, addressing the entire insurance value chain," said Connie Rose, Chief Strategy Officer of Symcor. "We strongly believe this platform uniquely positions Symcor to deliver a comprehensive offering that will enable our insurance clients to enhance the efficiency and improve the functionality of their operations."
Small to mid-size insurers are the target for the new offering, according to the companies.
