Maryland Auto Insurance has implemented Majesco P&C Suite and Majesco Bureau and Content Services for its commercial auto line of business.
The implementation included quoting, rating, underwriting, policy management, billing, document generation/management, and program-based underwriting. MAI expects enhanced customer service through real-time policy issuance, as well as a better agent experience by giving them real-time access to issue policies and print policy documents.
