MassMutual's Retirement Services Division’s role in a documentary has won it the President's Award from the Profit Sharing/401k Council of America (PSCA). MassMutual sponsored Retirement Revolution—a two-part documentary on the retirement challenges facing Americans—which was produced by WTTW National Productions based in Chicago and premiered in April 2008 on PBS stations nationwide.

The annual PSCA Signature Awards are designed to honor excellence in retirement plan communication and investment education. MassMutual also earned the Gold Signature Award in the Comprehensive Generic Participant Education category, as well as the Silver Signature Award in the Communication to Plan Sponsors category for Retirement Revolution.

Retirement Revolution explores:

• the retirement challenges facing Americans;

• insights from economists, authors and financial professionals;

• ways for individuals to better prepare for the future and

• the value of seeking help from a financial professional.

"Retirement has become a national conversation and, as a leading retirement services provider, MassMutual is committed to helping educate every American on the importance of planning and saving for retirement," says Elaine Sarsynski, executive vice president of MassMutual's Retirement Services Division and chairman and CEO of MassMutual International LLC. "Retirement Revolution is a natural extension of MassMutual's ongoing focus on participant education."

MassMutual sponsored a second documentary, Retirement Revolution II: The New Reality that premiered September 15 on PBS stations nationwide. Additional information regarding Retirement Revolution is available at http://www.massmutual.com/retirementrevolution or http://www.pbs.org.
